Akt信号通路与细胞存活的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 Akt/PKB是一种丝/苏氨酸蛋白激酶,由三个高度同源的Akt1、Akt2和Akt3组成。在对Akt/PKB的上游机制中不断了解的同时,我们也认识到Akt的下游途径与协调信号的特异性有关,通过影响下游多种效应分子的活化状态,发挥着调节细胞存活、代谢、增殖的作用。Akt/PKB信号通路在与肿瘤、心血管疾病、神经系统疾病的发生发展密切相关而受到重视。本文主要对Akt/PKB信号通路的组成与功能,调节及抗凋亡方面的研究进展作一综述,期待为以Akt/PKB为作用靶点的治疗研究提供参考。
