摘要
本文研究了电磁搅拌对近共晶铝硅合金凝固过程和组织结构的影响。实验结果表明电磁搅拌强度能明显影响凝固组织结构,改变初生α相的形貌。当电压低于60V时,电磁搅拌对铸坯凝固组织的影响较小。当电压增加到90V,搅拌10s时,铸坯中已经能够发现球状α初生相。而当电压达到120V时,球状α初生相能够均匀分布在铸锭中;在此条件下,搅拌超过10s时,铸坯的微观组织并没有明显的改善。同时也分析了其它实验参数对α相分布形态的影响。
Effect of electromagnetic stirring(EMS) on solidification microstructure of an eutectic Al-Si alloy was investigated.It was found that EMS intensity could affect the evolution of solidification microstructure and the morphology of primary α-phase.All results showed that effect of EMS on the morphology of primary α-phase was relatively small when the output voltage was lower than 60 V.However,when the voltage was over 90 V and EMS was applied for 10 sec,the globular particles of α-phase could be formed in the present alloy.When the voltage was 120 V,the primary α-phase exhibited the globular morphology and the distribution of globular α-particles was uniform.Effect of stirring time on the morphology of primary α-phase was verified experimentally.It was found that there was no visible improvement of microstructure when the stirring time was longer than 10 sec.Effect of casting parameters on the morphology of primary α-phase was also examined.
