Research on a System for Red Light Violation Monitor and Traffic TV Surveillance

采用系统集成的方法；利用预置位技术，本文提出了将机动车闯红灯抓拍与交通监视有机结合的设计构思，并就其组成原理与系统特性进行了分析讨论。

This issue introduces how to combine the snapshot of red light violation of motor vehicles and traffic TV surveillance naturally by the method of system integration and the technology of preemplacement.
