妇科术后病人拔除尿管时机的探讨

目的探讨妇科手术后病人拔除尿管的最佳时机,以降低留置尿管对患者术后排尿功能的影响。方法选取在我院妇科行腹式手术的患者100例,随机分成两组,每组各50例,两组均于术后48 h拔尿管,观察组于输液剩余500 mL时拔除尿管,对照组于输液完后立即拔除尿管,观察对比两组患者第一次排尿情况、第一次排尿量、尿潴留发生率、是否需重新导尿等情况。结果观察组和对照组在第一次排尿情况、第一次排尿量、尿潴留发生率等方面比较有显著性差异,观察组尿潴留发生率明显低于对照组。结论妇科术后留置尿管者首选于膀胱充盈时拔除尿管。

Objective To investigate the best time to remove catheter after gynecology operation in order to reduce the adverse influence of indwelling catheter on urinary function. Methods The 100 patients undergoing abdominal gynecology surgery were selected and subdivided randondy into two groups, each 50. In observing group, the catheter were removed when infusion fluid remained 500 mL,while in control group removed immediately after infusion finished. Compared two groups of patients with voiding observation time, volume of the firstmicturition, the incidence of urinary retention, the need to re - catheterization, and so on. Results There were significant difference between the two groups, especially in the observation group the incidence of urinary retention was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion The best time to remove catheter for gynecology post operative patientswith indwelling catheter is when the bladder is full.
