摘要
依据延性断裂韧度 J1c单试样测定方法 ,试验测定了奥氏体不锈钢 ( S31 6L)焊缝金属的断裂韧度 ,给出小样本下 J1c最优拟合概率分布函数的确定方法 ,得出 S31 6L焊缝金属断裂韧度的最优概率分布函数为 Weibull分布。
