摘要
用 X衍射和透射电镜研究了孪晶马氏体淬火及深冷后的微细组织结构。结果表明 ,深冷处理后硬度提高主要来自微细弥散碳化物的沉淀析出 ,这些碳化物的直径在 1 0 -6mm级 ,深冷处理使马氏体的轴比 c/ a降低。
