孪晶马氏体深冷分解产物的组织结构分析 被引量:3

摘要 用 X衍射和透射电镜研究了孪晶马氏体淬火及深冷后的微细组织结构。结果表明 ,深冷处理后硬度提高主要来自微细弥散碳化物的沉淀析出 ,这些碳化物的直径在 1 0 -6mm级 ,深冷处理使马氏体的轴比 c/ a降低。 The microstuctures of high carbon steel after quench and cryogenic treatment Were studies by means of diffractometer and TEM The result show that the improvement of hardness after cryogenic treatment mainly comes from the dispersedly preipitation of ultrafine carbide the diameter of these carbid is about 10 -6 mm and the cryogenic treatment can reduce the c/a rate of martensite
