摘要
针对绿色战略利益相关者属性及网络特征,运用社会网络分析方法及其核心概念,开发了一套系统、科学、简单、有效的绿色战略利益相关者识别方法,该方法能够选择尽可能少的代表不同利益甚至冲突的利益相关者纳入企业沟通平台,并通过对江苏紫荆花纺织科技股份有限公司案例分析阐述了该方法在理论与实践中的作用和优势,旨在推动利益相关者理论的发展。
Based on the attributes and network characteristics of green strategy stakeholder, using social network analysis method and its key concept, this paper develops a systematic, scientific, sim- ple and effective method for choosing much less parts representing stakeholders of different interests or even conflicting interests to establish the enterprise communication platform. This paper chooses Jiangsu Redbud Dyeing Technology Co. , Ltd. as a case to test the effect and advantage of this method in both theory and practice.
