摘要
在文献回顾的基础上,总结归纳了国外破坏性领导研究进展;系统梳理、剖析了破坏性领导的概念内涵、分类体系、理论框架及其后果;最后,对目前破坏性领导研究存在的问题进行了简要分析。研究结果为本土化破坏性领导的进一步研究提供了参照。
Based on literature review, the article summarizes the development of international re search on destructive leadership before systematically analyzing the concept and contents, the classification system, the theoretical framework and the consequences of destructive leadership. Then the ar- ticle briefly analyzes the existing problems of current destructive leadership research in order to offer reference for further localized research on the subject.
