摘要
设计了连铸铸坯表面温度在线实时测量系统。该系统应用红外测量技术 ,以风帘方式消除红外传感器到铸坯之间辐射通道的烟雾、水汽影响 ,采用人工智能算法剔除铸坯表面氧化皮对测量结果的干扰 ,实现了连铸铸坯表面温度场多点测量 。
In this paper the on line real time detecting system of molder surface temperature of continuous casting is designed. This system eliminates the effects of smog and water vapor on radiation passage between infrared sensor and molder in the way of air brattice using infrared measurement technology; and also, artificial intelligence algorithm is adopted to eliminate the disturbance of molder surface oxide scale upon measuring results, so as to realize the on line real time multipoint measurement of molder surface temperature as well as on line real time display of transient distribution and evolutionary process of temperature field, varying with time.
