摘要
分析了高速齿轮传动的特点和齿部修形原因 ,进一步研究了直、斜齿高速齿轮齿部 (齿形与齿向 )修形的设计原则与计算修形量的经验公式。经生产实践验证 ,齿部修形有利于解决高速齿轮传动的振动和噪声问题 ,研究结论具有普遍的指导意义。
This paper analyzed the transmission characteristics of high speed gears and the reason of tooth dressing.The designing principle of tooth (profile and direction of tooth)dressing of high speed spur or helical gears and the empirical formulas for calculating the dressing quantity have been further studied.It is verified by practics of production that tooth dressing is advantageous to solve the problems of vibration and noise of high speed gears transmission.The conclusion of research possesses universal guiding significance.
