摘要
介绍了一种专用于隧道表面喷射混凝土的 6自由度机器人的机械结构、液压系统和电控系统的设计问题。并简述了工业性能试验结果。实验证明 ,该产品设计合理、性能稳定可靠 ,应用前景广阔。
This paper introduced the designing problems of mechanical structure,hydraulic system and electric, control system of a kind of six degree of freedoms robot specially used in shotcreting on tunnel surface,and stated in brief the testing results of its industrial performance.It is proved by experiment that the design of this product is reasonable,its function is stable and reliable and has a broad applicational prospects.
