真空烧结温度对Cu-Al-Mn形状记忆合金性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 选择不同的烧结温度,采用粉末冶金的方法制备了Cu-12Al-2.5Mn形状记忆合金。借助扫描电镜、金相显微镜、能谱仪等设备对比了各种温度下合金的显微组织、硬度及形状记忆性能,得到最佳烧结温度范围。试验结果表明:烧结过程中合金的各元素间产生冶金结合,且合金化程度随温度的升高而增大,最佳烧结温度范围是850-900 ℃;烧结后合金试样的心部硬度低于边缘部分,850 ℃和900 ℃的合金经800 ℃保温10 min水淬后硬度均匀,硬度值较高,分别为HRB42.5和HRB52; 850 ℃的合金形状记忆性能优于900 ℃的合金。 The Cu-12Al-2.5Mn shape memory alloy was produced by powder metallurgy technology at different sintering temperature. Consequently, the properties and microstructure of the alloy that sintered at different temperature were compared by SEM, metallographic observation, EDS, hardness test and shape memory effect test. Then the optimum sintering temperature was obtained. The results show that the bonding way between elements is metallurgical bonding and the alloying rate rises with the increase of sintering temperature, the optimum sintering temperature ranges from 850 ℃ to 900 ℃. The edge of the sample has higher hardness, and the alloy sintered at 850 ℃ and 900 ℃ has uniform and high hardness value after quenched, the hardness of the alloy sintered at 850 ℃ is HRB42.5, while the hardness of the alloy sintered at 900 ℃ is HRB 52. The shape memory effect of the alloy sintered at 850 ℃ is better than that sintered at 900 ℃.
