摘要
阐述了在排气歧管产品开发中,采用华铸CAE数值模拟软件模拟铸件的凝固、充型过程,分阶段分析缩孔、缩松的产生位置与原因。根据模拟结果,优化浇注及补缩系统,合理改进产品结构,并严格控制操作过程,使生产试制一次成功,缩短了产品开发周期。
The numerical simulation of exhaust manifold casting during solidification and filling was conducted with InteCAST software for product development. The location and causes of shrinkage and dispersed shrinkage were analyzed in different stages. The satisthctory simulation results were obtained by optimizing pouring and feeding system, and reasonably structure modification. The operation process was controlled strictly, one trial-manufacture is successful, and the product development cycle was shorted.
