摘要
铸造工艺设计对铸件质量有较大影响,传统的铸造工艺设计主要以水力学、传热学、金属学和铸件形成理论为基础,并结合实践经验开展工作;对铸件的缺陷采用分析法及试错法加以认识和克服。铸造工艺仿真设计作用的日益增长,本文分析了铸造工艺设计与铸造工艺仿真设计的相关联属性和不同点;着重对铸造工艺仿真设计的主要内容、优越性和实用方法提出看法。
Traditional casting process design theoretically bases on hydraulics, heat transfer, metallurgy and casting formation theory, which has a great effect on the quality of casting and is applied to practice combined with practical experience; analytical technique and method of trial and error are applied to understanding and overcoming of the casting defects. As the impacts of casting process simulation design increasingly strengthen, this paper analyzes the associated attributes and differences of the casting process design and simulation design of casting process; preliminary understanding and opinions were put forward about main content, advantage and practical method of simulation design of casting process.
