摘要
介绍了合金钢双吸叶轮砂型铸造工艺方法,通过合理工艺,保证过流部位表面质量,避免了机加工中口环位置易出现的缩松问题。采取提高砂芯强度和耐火度、冒口补缩、配用冷铁、设置好排气道、控制钢液浇注温度等措施,成功生产出符合技术要求的合金钢双吸叶轮铸件。
Alloy steel casting technique of sand casting for double suction impeller is introduced. Through the proper process, surface quality of overflowing area was ensured and the dispersed shrinkage was avoided in the ring. By using the process measures such as feeding, chilling, venting channel set, control of pouring temperature of molten steel, increasing of the strength and refractoriness of sand core, the alloyed steel castings for double suction impeller have been produced successfully in conformity with technology requirements.
