The measurement tools of adherence in patients with hypertension:a review

摘要高血压是常见慢性病之一，也是心脑血管病最主要的危险因素，全世界约有54％的脑卒中和47％的缺血性心脏病起因于高血压^[1]。我国高血压患病率呈增长态势,但高血压控制率仅为6．1％[^2]。依从性是影响高血压疗效的重要因素，服药依从性差会增加心血管事件的发生率^[3]、住院率及医疗保健费用^[4]。
