摘要
继电保护定值整定计算及管理是继电保护专业的核心。开发了一体化整定计算系统,介绍了其设计思想,并针对开发过程中遇到的描述二次系统标准不统一的问题,重点研究了二次系统CIM模型扩展,从而满足系统'装置级整定'的需求,并以此来制定整定系统与OMS定值单系统的数据交互方案。该系统能够实现整定计算的'横向集成和纵向贯通',在整体架构和部署方面打破了传统软件单机版应用的局限性,实现了全网一次和二次系统的统一建模及各系统之间的信息共享。
Setting calculation and value management is the core of relay profession. This paper develops an integrated setting calculation system, and introduces its design ideas. According to the disunified standard of secondary system description, it focuses on CIM model expanding of the secondary system, so as to meet the needs of＂device setting＂ of the system, and then makes the data interactive solutions of setting system and the value list system in OMS. The system realizes the ＂horizontal integration and vertical through＂ of calculation setting and breaks the traditional limitations of stand-alone applications in the aspects of overall framework and deployment. It achieves modeling a unified whole network, sharing one network at all levels and information exchanging between systems.
