摘要
根据基于卫星定位收费系统的技术特点,结合我国高速公路现有收费模式的实际情况,探索了适合于我国的卫星不停车收费试验系统的搭建及运行模式。通过对试验系统兼容性设计原则的定义,提出了试验系统的搭建及实现方法。并在试验系统运行中检验了系统的合理性及可靠性。对系统运行中出现的技术及非技术问题进行了分析并提出了解决问题的方法、建议。
The GPS-based ETC experiment system and its operating mode are established according to the features of GPS-based ETC technology and the existing tolling system in China. By defining principles of compatibility design for experiment system, the paper presents methods of establishment and implementation for experiment system. The ration ality and reliability are tested. Technical and non-technical problems in system operation are analyzed and solutions are proposed for future application.
