摘要
设置水体温度为24、26、28、30和32℃五个试验组,饲养平均体质量为(0.95±0.09)g的花鳗鲡黒仔苗30 d,研究温度对花鳗鲡黒仔苗生长和消化率的影响.研究结果表明,不同温度对花鳗鲡黒仔苗生长和消化率有显著影响(P<0.05).温度为30℃时,质量相对增加率和特定生长率最高,分别为(79.98±4.35)%和(1.96±0.08)%·d-1,饲料系数最低,为1.62±0.07;消化率在30℃时也达到最高,在该温度下干物质表观消化率为(67.78±1.12)%,蛋白质表观消化率为(91.42±0.75)%.由研究结果知,花鳗鲡黒仔苗的最适生长温度为30℃.
The effects of variable temperatures on the growth and digestibility of Anguilla marmorata black fry have been studied. Eels ( body weight was 0.95± 0.09 g) were reared for 30 d at five tem- peratures 24, 26, 28, 30 and 32 ℃. The results indicated that different temperatures had significant effects on the growth of Anguilla marmoratas black fry (P 〈 O. 05). When reared in 30 9℃, the eels had the highest relative weight gain rate(79.98 ±4.35 )% and specific growth rate (1.96 ± 0.08 )% · d-1 and the lowest food conversion ratio ( 1.62± 0.07 ), the highest digestibility was observed at 30 ℃, when reared in this temperatures, the apparent digestibility of dry matter was (67.78 ±1.12)%, the apparent disestibility of protein was (91.42 ±0.75 )%. The results suggested that the optimum tem- Peratures for the zrowth of An^uilla marmorata black fry were 30 ℃.
