摘要 目的:观察阿托伐他汀对心肌桥患者冠状动脉血流储备的影响。方法:入选经冠状动脉造影证实左前降支心肌桥患者33例,随机分为治疗组17例和对照组16例,治疗组给予阿托伐他汀,对照组给予安慰剂,共治疗3个月,用经胸彩色多普勒冠状动脉血流显像技术检测心肌桥患者冠状动脉血流储备,比较治疗前、治疗后1个月及3个月心肌桥患者冠状动脉血流储备的变化。结果:治疗组服用阿托伐他汀后3个月心肌桥患者冠状动脉血流储备由治疗前2.02±0.42升至2.68±0.63(P<0.01),对照组治疗前后心肌桥患者冠状动脉血流储备变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀治疗可以改善心肌桥患者冠状动脉血流储备,改善心肌血流灌注。 Objective:To observe the effect of atorvastatin on coronary flow reserve in patient with myocardial bridge. Methods:A total of 33 patients diagnosed for myocardial bridge in left anterior descending coronary were enrolled in this study. The patients were randomly divided into two groups as Treatment group, n = 17, the patients received atorvastatin medication for 3 months and Control group, n = 16, the patients received placebo for 3 months. Coronary flow reserve before and after the treat- ment in both groups were detected by coronary flow imaging via transthoracic color Doppler echocardiography. Results:With 3 months treatment, coronary flow reserve in Treatment group increased from (2. 02+0. 42) to (2.68 +0. 63 ), P〈0.01. There was no statistic changes before and after the treatment in Control group,P〉0. 05. Conclusion:Atorvastatin medication may improve coronary flow reserve in patients with myocardial bridge and therefore,im- prove myocardial perfusion.
