超重/肥胖青年人动脉僵硬度变化 被引量:1

The Increment of Arterial Stiffness in Overweight and Obese Young Adults

摘要 目的:观察超重/肥胖青年人动脉僵硬度的变化,并探讨其影响因素。方法:选自愿接受检查的在校大学生98例,年龄18~29岁,血压均正常。其中体重指数≥24 kg/m2者44例作为超重/肥胖组,体重指数<24 kg/m2者54例作为非超重/肥胖组。两组均检测脉搏波速度(PWV)以及相关临床和生化指标。结果:超重/肥胖组颈动脉—股动脉PWV(CF-PWV)高于非超重/肥胖组[(8.30±0.87)m/s vs(7.79±0.79)m/s,P=0.004];颈动脉—桡动脉PWV(CR-PWV)以及颈动脉—足背动脉PWV(CD-PWV)两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。直线相关分析显示,CF-PWV与年龄、体重、体重指数、腰围、腰臀比呈正相关(P<0.05),而与臀围、心率、收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、LogTG(甘油三酯以10为底的对数转换值)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇及LogLDL-C(低密度脂蛋白胆固醇以10为底的对数转换值)无相关性(P>0.05)。CD-PWV仅与年龄呈正相关(P<0.001)。CR-PWV与上述指标的关系均无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:超重/肥胖青年人CF-PWV升高,表明大动脉僵硬度增加,CF-PWV升高可能与体重增加和体内脂肪量的增多有关。 Objective :To observe the changes of arterial stiffness in overweight and obese young adults and to explore the relevant pa- rameters. Methods:A total of 98 college students were enrolled in this study, those volunteers were at the age of( 18 -29 )years and di- vided into two groups. Overweight/obese group, n = 44, their body mass index(BMI) 924 kg/m2 and Control group, n = 54, BMI〈 24 kg/m2. Pulse wave velocity (PWY) with relevant clinical and biochemical parameters were examined and compared between two groups. Results :The mean carotid-femoral (CF)PWV in Overweight/obese group was elevated than that in Control group (8. 30± 0. 87)vs. (7. 79±0. 79)m/s,P=0. 004. While carotid-radial(CR) PWV and carotid-dorsum(CD) PWV had no significant diffe- rences between two groups,P〉O. 05. The liner correlation analysis indicated that CF-PWV was positively related to age, body weight, BMI, waist circumference and waist to hip ratio, P〈0.05 respectively. CF-PWV was not related to hip circumference, heart rate, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol, LogTG, HDL-C and Log LDL-C, P〉0. 05. CD-PWV was only positively related to age,P〈0. 001. CR-PWV was not related to the above mentioned parameters,P〉O. 05. Conclusion:The overweight and obese young adults have elevated CF-PWV which implies the increment of arterial stiffness, and this might result from high body weight and excessive fat accumulation in the body.
