摘要
以负载型KT-02催化剂催化5-硝基邻甲酚加氢制备5-氨基邻甲酚。对反应条件进行了一系列优化,研究了温度、压力、催化剂加入量等因素对反应的影响,在90~100℃、2.0MPa下,产品收率大于98%,纯度达99.5%。
2-Methyl-5-amino-phenol was synthesized by catalyzing the hydrogenation of 2-methyl-5-nitro-phenol with supported KT-02 nickel catalyst. The effects of temperature, pressure and the amount of catalyst were studied to op- timize the technological factor. Under 2. 0MPa, 90 - 100℃, up to 98% yield and 99. 5% purity were achieved.
