促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)是下丘脑分泌产生的神经激素,其通过下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴调节女性发育和生殖功能,同时还以自分泌和旁分泌的方式作用于垂体外组织。研究发现,GnRH及其受体在正常及异常生殖相关组织均有表达,包括子宫内膜异位症、子宫内膜癌和卵巢癌。GnRH拮抗剂在性激素依赖性疾病治疗中占有重要地位。GnRH拮抗剂类药物治疗子宫内膜异位症、不孕和肿瘤等妇科疾病是国外最新研究的热点之一。

Gonadotropin releasing hormone （GnRH）, secreted by the hypothalamus, plays an important role in the reproduction and maturity by regulating the pituitarygonadal axis;it can also act in an autocrine or para crine pattern on tissues outside the hypothalamus. GnRH and its receptors have been cloned from both normal and abnormal reproductive related tissues,including endometriosis, endometrial cancer, and ovary cancer and so on. Gn RH antagonists have been shown to be effective in managing the symptoms and controlling the extent of gonadal hor mone dependent diseases. GnRH antagonists for the treatment of endometriosis,infertility and tumors is one of the research hotspots both at home and abroad.
