摘要
在pH9.70的Na_2CO_3-NaHCO_3、亚硝基红盐(NRS)、氯化十四烷基吡啶(TPC)体系中,钴有一灵敏的络合物吸附波,二阶导数峰电位为-0.72V(vs.SCE),电流峰高和钴浓度在7.0×1O^(-11)mol/L~6.0×10^(-6)mol/L范围内呈线性关系,相关系数(r)0.9996。检出限为1.4×10^(-11)mol/L(0.8ng/L)。方法用于水样和生物样品中微量钴的测定,结果满意。
Cobalt and nitroso R salt in the buffer solution of NaCO3-NaHCO3(pH9. 70)in the presence of tetradecyl pyridinium chloride can yield a very sensitive ,adsorptive oscillopolarographic current at - 0. 74V(vs. SCE). The detection limit was 0. 8ng/L(the secondary derivative). The proposed method has been applied to the determination of trace amounts of cobalt in the water and biological samples and the results were accurate and reliable.
