摘要
对蜂蜡中提取的二十八烷醇(C_(28))和三十烷醇(C_(30))样品纯度进行气相色谱分析监测,并对气相色谱分析条件进行严格的试验,以确定分析方法的可靠性,标准偏差SD为0.45％,相关系数(C_(28))r=0.999,回收率99.6％。
Compositions of the sample of actacosanol and triacontanol extracted from the beeswax were analyzed by gas chromatography. the analytical factors of the gas chromatography strictly were tested to determine the reliabilities of the method. The standard deviation (SD) is 0. 45 % ,the correlation coefficient (r) is 0. 999, and the recovery ratio is 99. 6%.
