滑石超细粉末颗粒群特性的定量体视学分析与测量

Research on the Stereology Analysis for the superfine powder of Talcum

本文介绍了应用定量体视学图象分析方法,对滑石超细粉末进行粒径检测的原理,给出了试验结果及影响检测精度的因素。研究结果表明:应用定量体视学图象分析方法,能准确检测出超细滑石粉的平均粒径、最大粒径、最小粒径和粒度分布,且可同时给出粒度分布的直方图。与其他测量方法的测量结果相比,其测量精度高,重复性好,测量速度快。

In this paper, the Stereology analysis method was used to study the particle characteristics and the distribution of the superfine powder of talcum. The basic principle and relationship between measurement conditions and measurement accuracy were discussed. The results showed that the Stereology analysis method can obtain the average value and distribution curve of the superfine powder of talcum. The measured results, are in good agreement with that obtained by other measurement method, but the Stereology analysis method is quicker and more accurate
