摘要
对超临界CO2萃取葫芦籽油的工艺进行研究,考察了萃取压力、萃取温度、CO2流量、萃取时间对葫芦籽油萃取率的影响。通过正交试验获得葫芦籽油最佳萃取条件为萃取压力25 MPa,萃取温度45℃,CO2流量25 kg/h,萃取时间150 min。与传统溶剂萃取法相比,萃取率由42.2%提高到54.8%,最适萃取时间由6 h缩短到150 min。同时,超临界CO2萃取的葫芦籽油暗红透明,香气纯正,质量好。
Supercritical COs extraction was used to extract oil from cucurbit seed. The effects of the ex- traction pressure, extraction temperature, COs flow rate, extraction time on the cucurbit seed oil yield were investigated, and these factors were optimized by orthogonal test. The optimal conditions were as follows: pressure 25 MPa, temperature 45 ℃ , CO2 flow rate 25 kg/h and time 150 min. Compared with traditional solvent extraction, supercritical C02 extraction improved the oil yield from 42.2% to 54.8%, and re- duced the extraction time from 6 h to 150 min. In addition ,the oil obtained by supereritical CO2 extrac- tion had good quality with dark red and transparent appearance, and pure flavor.
