摘要
以脱酸黄连木油为原料,选用不同的脱色剂对其进行脱色,结果表明活性白土脱色效果最好。选择活性白土为脱色剂,考察了活性白土用量、脱色温度、脱色时间、搅拌速度对黄连木油脱色效果的影响,并通过中心组合设计试验,响应面分析法得出黄连木油的最佳脱色工艺条件为:脱色温度100℃,活性白土用量4.7%,脱色时间31 min,搅拌速度150 r/min。该条件下,黄连木油的脱色率可以达到95.12%。
The bleaching of deacidified Pistacia chinensis Bunge seed oil with different bleaching agents was studied. The activated clay was determined as the best bleaching agent. The effects of activated clay dosage, bleaching temperature, bleaching time and stirring speed on bleaching efficiency of Pistacia chi- nesis Bunge seed oil were researched. The best conditions were determined by Box - Behnken central composite design as follows: bleaching temperature 100 ℃, activated clay dosage 4. 7% , bleaching time 31 min, stirring speed 150 r/min. Under the best conditions, the bleaching rate was up to 95.12%.
