微藻油脂制取技术的研究进展 被引量:20

摘要 现今石化燃料资源日益枯竭给全球经济发展带来危机,微藻作为生物质能源被认为是一种极具潜力的生物柴油原料,微藻油脂的制取是影响微藻生物柴油技术发展和成本的关键之一。对目前微藻油脂制取过程中藻种的选择、微藻细胞破壁方法以及微藻油脂提取技术方面的研究进展进行了综述。 Nowadays, the decrease of fossil fuel has brought global economic crisis. Microalgae, as a bio mass energy, has been considered as a potential raw material for biodiesel production. However, the ex traction efficiency of microalgae is a key factor that affects the development and cost of mieroalgal biodie sel. The algae species selection, the cell breaking of microalgae and the oil extraction from microalgae were overviewed.
