城市视频监控系统的研究

Research on Urban Video Monitoring Control System

根据城市视频监控系统的现状和建设需求,针对公安视频专网和城市视频网的特点,进一步明确了系统的建设要求和总体框架,提出了系统的基本功能要求、应用要求以及维护管理要求。最后对网络、接入、数据、应用、安全以及两网的互联等进行设计,提出了系统的实施计划。

Based on the performance and construction requirement of the urban video monitoring system and in connection with the characteristics of po- lice special video net and the urban video net, this design makes the construction requirement and general frame more clearly. It puts forward the require- ment on basic factor, practice, maintenances and management of the system. At last, the system implementation plan is proposed based on the network, ac- cess, data, applications, security, and two networks interconnect design.
