摘要
使用"CAXA制造工程师"完成模具凹模的三维造型设计。在设计过程中合理使用曲面、曲面裁剪除料和环形阵列等工具生成凹模型腔,使用软件的NC加工功能生成加工刀具轨迹,通过加工参数表和刀具轨迹可以对模具型腔进行CAM的编程加工,最终把加工工艺清单和G代码通过工厂的局域网送到车间。车间在加工之前还可以通过CAXA制造工程师中的校核G代码功能,再看一下加工代码的轨迹形状,进行仿真加工。
"CAXA manufacturing engineer" was used to complete the three-dimensional modeling design. During the design process, the tools of curved surface, surface trimming except material and the annular array were used reasonably to generate die cavity, the software of NC processing function was used to generate tool path; and then through the processing parameters and tool path, the CAM programming processing for mold cavity was finished, finally the process list and G code through the factory LAN were sent to the workshop. Before processing, the path shape of processing code must be checked through check G code function in CAXA Manufacturing Engineer, and then the simulation process will be done.
