矿用皮带运输机作为散状物料运输机械被广泛应用于各种行业,但在使用过程中常常会出现各种故障,如跑偏、撒料、打滑、异常噪音、减速机断轴、皮带断裂、堆煤等情况,这些情况的出现为安全问题埋下了隐患。文章利用西门子S7-200可编程逻辑控制器对皮带运输机进行设计,用CPU-224XP作为中央处理器,通信模板使用CP243-1,用EM211作为扩展模板,把这些装置成控制系统,对皮带运输机实行远程控制。

Mine belt conveyor for bulk materials transport machinery nas ,een widely various industries, but in the use process often appears all kinds of troubles, such as deviation, spreading, slip, abnormal noise, speed reducer shaft broken, broken belt, piles of coal etc, these circumstances for safety hidden danger. This paper uses S7-200 Siemens programmable logic controller in belt conveyer design, used CPU-224XP as a central processor, communication template to use CP243-1, with extended EM221 as template, the device into the control system of belt conveyer, the implementation of remote control.
