摘要
本文介绍了一种基于黑体辐射的光纤燃气温度传感器及测试系统 ,分析了影响传感器性能稳定性的主要因素及产生速度误差的原因 ,并采取了相应的解决方法。检定及试验结果表明 ,系统具有精度高、响应快、性能稳定的特点 ,为航空发动机燃气温度测量提供了一种新的测试手段。
This paper describes an optical fiber sensor and testing system for measuring the temperature of burning gas based on the radiation of blackbody.The main factors of influencing the stability of the sensor and the measuring error brought by the velocity of burning gas are analyzed,and the solutions to the problems are presented.The calibrating and testing results show that the sensor and testing system have many advantages such as high accuracy of measurement,fast response as well as high reliability.
