二维全数字化背向散射积分采集系统的研制 被引量:1

摘要 心肌超声背向散射积分 (背向散射积分 )在心动周期中起伏的幅度的大小直接反映心肌缺血的程度 ,有着重要的临床意义。本文利用自行设计的高速数据采集器以及配有射频输出的商业超声成像仪 ,建立了一套二维全数字化背向散射积分采集系统。应用这一系统 ,在结合重建的 B超图像对心肌进行定位的基础上 ,进行了心肌背向散射积分的研究。实验以 1 0条成年狗为受试对象 ,实验结果表明在正常情况下 ,心肌的背向散射积分曲线随心动周期出现周期性的起伏 ,而当缺血发生时 ,这一起伏的程度明显减小 ,与文献报道相符。证实了本文所建立的系统的有效性 ,为将其推向临床应用前进了一步。 The cyclic fluctuation of ultrasonic integrated backscatter(IB)of myocardium is regarded as an indicator of myocardial ischemia.It has the potential to be used for the clinical diagnosis of myocardial ischemia.Using high speed data acquisition equipment and commercial B mode ultrasonic equipment,a two dimension IB acquisition system is established.Based on the reconstructed B mode image,the image of myocardium is located and its IB is calculated.To validate the system,animal experiment has been carried out.Results indicate that an IB curve of a normal myocardium exhibits cyclic fluctuation,and as myocardial ischemia occurs,the magnitude of fluctuation will decrease,which is in agreement with the result reported in literature.
