Application of Network Planning in Mine Construction Management

结合某矿井建设工程项目管理实践,应用计划评审技术(PERT),分析了矿井建设施工活动中各工序时间;引入网络主导路线的概念,确定了井巷工程网络图中的关键路线。关键路线的确定,对优化工期、科学地控制施工进度具有重要的指导意义。

Based on some mine management practice of construction project, PERT is applied to analyze each process~ time in mine construction activities, it also brings in the conception of leading route in network and determines the critical path in the network of roadway Engineering. determining the critical path has great significance in optimizing the duration of project and scientifically controlling the construction schedule.
