烤烟调制煤燃烧方式改进技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了优化现有供热设备煤的燃烧方式,以促进煤充分燃烧,并提高煤的燃尽率和热能利用效率。采用负压正烧炉,双层对向燃烧炉研究不同燃烧方式对煤的燃烧效率的影响。结果表明:①双层对向燃烧炉供热性能和稳温性能均优于负压正烧炉。②在大火期44~45℃阶段和54~55℃阶段煤在双层对向燃烧炉比负压正烧炉中燃烧充分,相同数量的燃料双层对向燃烧炉的放热量高于负压正烧炉,烟囱排放污染物双层对向燃烧炉优于负压正烧炉。 In order to optimize the burning mode of coal in heat supply equipment, to promote full burning and improve the burning ratio and utilization factor of coal, the effect of burning efficiency of coal on vacuum furnaces are burning and double of the burner were studied. The results showed that: ①The heatsupply and temperature keeping performance of double of the burner were superior to vacuum furnaces are burning; ②In the period of 44~45℃ and 54~55℃, the coal was full burning and the heat production of same amount coal in double of the burner more than in vacuum furnaces are burning; meanwhile, contaminant emission in chimney of double of the burner was also superior to vacuum furnaces are burning.
