外迁三峡移民的社会融入--基于浙江嘉善H村13户移民的研究

On the Social Integration of Cross-Provincial Relocated Migrants from the Three Gorges:A Case Study of 13 Migrant Households in Jiashan,Zhejiang

基于对2000年搬迁至浙江省H村13户三峡移民的调查,从生计恢复、公共生活参与、社会关系重建等维度,描述和分析了十多年来移民社会融入的过程和结果。认为移民社会融入诸维度是内在关联的整体,且存在相互加强的可能,少部分移民因此陷入相对孤立的境地,衍生一种介入型的贫困,因而有必要反思与改进一刀切的移民安置补偿政策。

This article analyzes the social integration of 13 households of migrants from the Three Gorges who were resettled in H Village, Jiashan Coun- ty in 2000. The restoration of their livelihood, their involvement into public life and rebuilding of social relationships are discussed based on fieldwork. It＇s argued that social integration of migrants is an inter-correlated whole and has the possi- bility of mutual reinforcement. Thus some of these migrants were isolated and resulted in intervention-induced poverty. Therefore, it is necessary to rethink and improve the currently unitary relocation and compensation policy.
