摘要
高效团队是通过团队成员间的协同努力，稳定提高组织绩效的团队，它对企业发展起着重要的推动作用。与其他群体相比，高效团队具有十分鲜明的特点：有清晰的团队工作目标；团队资源、信息高度共享；成员角色分工明晰，各司其职，战斗力强；成员间沟通畅通，妥善处理问题冲突，凝聚力高；成员有归属感，对团队有依赖性；团队建立完善的行为规范等。笔者认为，可通过以下几个步骤或途径来构建一个高效团队，提高挥团队绩效。
