高压氧应用于肛周坏死性筋膜炎术后的疗效观察(附12例报告)

目的探讨术后高压氧治疗肛周坏死性筋膜炎的临床疗效。方法对12例术后高压氧治疗的肛周坏死性筋膜炎病例进行回顾性分析。结果 12例均1次治愈,疗程25+6.5d。结论高压氧不但能提高增强抗生素的杀菌作用,还能促进加快组织愈合,缩短治疗时间。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of perianal necrotizing fasciitis. Methods The data of 12 cases of perianal necrotizing fasciitis treated by hyperbaric ox ygen was analyzed retro of treatment was 25q--6. sp 5 ectively. Results All the 12 patients were recovered by the first time. The course days. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen therapy can enhance the action of antibiot ics and effectively promote wound heading in patients. The course of treatment was shorted.
