自动痔疮套扎(RPH)内注术门诊治疗中、重度混合痔的临床体会

Clinical Experience for treating middle severe mucocutaneous hemorrhoids by injection with RPH in the clinic

目的探讨自动痔疮套扎术(RPH)+内痔注射、外痔剥扎联合疗法在门诊治疗中、重度混合痔的临床疗效。方法先在内痔部分行消痔灵注射,然后用自动痔疮套扎器套扎,外痔部分予以剥扎。结果总有效率达100%,治愈率达91.4%。结论此法简单,可操作性强,痛苦小,见效快,治愈率高,无需住院,适于门诊及基层开展。

Objective To explore the effect of treating for middle severe mucocutaneous hemorrhoids by auto hemorrhoids ligation devce plus injection with ablating ligation in the clinic. Methods The first injec- ting the XiaoZhiling into the hemorrhoids,and then making auto hemorrhoids ligation at the bottom of in- ternal hemorrhoids and the ablating ligation to external hemorrhoids. Results The effect of treating hemor- rhoids by RPH plus XiaoZhiling injection is good. The overall cure rate was 91.4% and the total effective rate of treat was 100%. Conclusion This method is simple less pain, quick, high cure rate and its maneu- verability is better, don＇t need hospitalization, fit for developing at outpatient and grass roots level.
