摘要
依据实验结果,针对摇架式凸轮磨床在磨削凸轮时存在的颤振问题,从凸轮磨削过程中各磨削点 磨削弧长角度,以瞬时磨削量基本恒定为依据,推导了实现变速磨削时凸轮轴的变速规律。
According to the experiment, the principle of speed shift is deduced from the fact that the real time grinding feed is constant and the arc length is associated with the grinding point of eam, the problem that vibration occurs when grinding cam on a rocker cam grinding machine.
