摘要
PSD在应用过程中的关键问题是背景杂散光及暗电流的干扰影响。从PSD的Lucovskey方程出发 ,推出了PSD在稳定背景杂散光干扰下的影响特性 ,及其位置误差输出方程 ,并通过在主动式对焦系统中的应用提出了消除背景杂散光及暗电流的方法和措施。
The key problem of using PSD is to overcome the disturbance influence of background light and dark currents. Following the lucovskey equation of the PSD, the influence feature of background light disturbance and the error equation of output position are achieved in the article. Based on analyzing the application in initiative PSD Auto-Fours system, the author puts forward a method of eliminating the disturbance influence of background light and dark currents.
