摘要 职业院校课程生态系统结构模型是一个以课程设计、课程实施和课程评价为基本环节的课程开发循环系统。在该系统的运行过程中,教师、学生和雇主要素具有主导因子、协同因子和引导因子三重角色。对照结构模型发现,职业院校课程实践普遍存在要素功能窄化、要素关系异化和系统动力弱化三方面的异变问题,为此,应实现课程生态系统的专业化管理,维护其平衡,保持其可调节性,对其实施综合化管理。 Structure model of vocational schools' curriculum ecosystem is a cycle system of curriculum development which takes curriculum design, curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation as the basic links of curriculum de- velopment. In the operation process of this system, all the elements of teachers, students and employers have triple role in leading factors, cooperating with factors and guiding factors. Comparing with structure model, it can be found that three variation problems including element function narrowing, the dissimilation of relationship among factors and system power weakening prevail in vocational schools' curriculum practice. Therefore, it is necessary to realize professional man- agement for curriculum ecosystem, maintain its balance and adjustability as well as launch integrated management.
