摘要
构建中高职协调发展的现代职业教育体系,必须深入认识中高职间的差距。对重庆样本的动态统计分析发现,中职在办学水平、硬件建设和软件建设等方面显著落后于高职,两者差距明显。但进一步的主成分分析表明,中高职教育差距并非呈单向逐年增加趋势,而是先为负差距,后为正差距;从综合得分的变化量来看,中高职差距趋于收敛。应加快实施"中职学校达标建设工程"和"中高职学校帮扶工程",稳步推进区域中职教育资源倾斜战略和中高职分类指导战略。
According to dynamic statistical analysis on Chongqing sample, it is found that secondary vocational education observably lags behind higher vocational education in school-running level, hardware and software construction, etc. But the further principal component analysis shows that the gap between them firstly is minus and then is plus rather than in- creases year by year; seeing from the variation of synthesis score, the gap between them tends to be low. Given all of that, it is necessary to speed up the implementation of "Standard Construction Project for Secondary Vocational School" and "Supporting project for Secondary and Higher Vocational Schools", as well as steadily promote the regional resources inclination strategy for secondary vocational education and the classification guidance strategy for secondary and higher vo- cational education.
