对福州市224名新生代农民工教育培训现状的调查显示:新生代农民工对教育培训的需求与供给受到多种因素的影响和制约,这些因素相互联系、相互交错,在新生代农民工教育培训供求之间凝结成复杂的矛盾关系。要解决新生代农民工的教育培训问题,需要将新生代农民工教育培训的需求与供给有机结合,从新生代农民工教育培训需求和供给特点入手,寻求协调性的解决思路与方案。

The survey shows that： the demand and supply of education and training for new-generation peasant workers are both influenced and restricted by many factors, and these factors are interactive with each other, and condenses into complex contradiction between supply and demand of education and training. In order to address the problem, it should closely combine the demand and supply, and try to seek coordination solutions from the characteristics of supply and de- mand of education and training for new-generation peasant workers.
