摘要
公私合作指公共部门和私营部门或私人共同供给公共产品、扩大公共利益的行动和过程。在多重动因的推动下,我国学前教育发展中提倡并实施公私合作。当前,公私合作已覆盖学前教育机构建设、运营、管理、评价各环节和一些专项项目,总体上形成了特许经营、补助、购买学位、委托管理、购买评估、购买培训等公私合作模式,并在合作目的、合作主体、合作作用对象、合作形式、合作保障等几方面体现出一定特点。
The fuzzy of school-based teaching and research role and function of the theory practice is the source of ambiguity. In the school culture point of view, research-based professional development for teachers in the schools and cultural training activities, schools and cuhural innovation pilot basis. Do a good job in school-based teaching and research, we must estabhsh the concept of school-based teaching and research in order to guarantee the progress of the building of the system of school-based teaching and research, the establishment of school-based learning-oriented research organizations, create cooperative education team.
