发达城区“个性化”教育发展的探索与思考——以上海市静安区新一轮教育改革发展为例 被引量:2

Explorations and Reflections on Individualized Education in Developed Urban Areas:A Case Study of the New Round of Educational Reform and Development of Jing'an District of Shanghai

摘要 在全球信息化时代和国际大都市个性多样化发展等的推动下,发达城区教育走向个性化,是传承教育改革与实验历史积淀的必然。个性化教育的有效推进,需要从学校与区域两个层面实施个别化教学方式和创建个性化学校的改革,以满足"为每个学生提供适合的教育"的要求,这需要有顶层设计、协作推进的思路,点面结合、核心突破的策略,观念领导、研究-开发-试验、再教育-推广-评价的程序,并构建起长效推进机制予以保障。 Driven by the global information age and diversified development of international metropolis, the individualized education in developed urban areas has become the inevitable choice for inheriting educational reforms and testing historical experience. The effective promotion of individualized education requires implementing reform measures at two levels-providing individualized instruction at the school level and creating individualized school at the regional level, so that the requirement of "providing suitable education for each student" can be met. Overall, it asks for efforts from four aspects:the overall thought of top-level design and solidify cooperation; the strategy of integrating point and sphere and core breakthrough; the procedure of idea leading, research-develop-test and reeducate-popularize-evaluate; and building up the long-term promoting mechanism to guarantee its application.
