摘要
随着社会的发展和教育的开放,学校与社区的联系由松散变得紧密。本文从人的完整教育的诉求和学校组织良性发展的需要两个不同侧面,重新审视学校与社区互动的价值,充分认识学校是社区的学校,社区是学校的社区,学校与社区依存共生。学校要自觉地开发与利用潜在社区资源,规划学校的发展、丰富课程资源、改进办学效能,提升教育品质。
With development of society and openness of education, school-community relationship are getting close. Focusing on the human＇s appeal for complete education and the healthy development of school, the current paper reviews the value of school- community interaction, reaching the conclusion that school and community are interdependent and coexistent. With this perspective, school runner should consciously explore and utilize the potential resource of community, plan for school development, enrich curriculum resources, elevate efficiency, and improve educational quality.
