仿羊绒腈纶短纤维性能的研究 被引量:2

摘要 对仿羊绒腈纶短纤维和山羊绒的纵向形貌、质量比电阻、力学性能、卷曲性能、吸放湿性能等进行了测试,对两种纤维的结构与性能进行了分析。结果表明:仿羊绒腈纶短纤维表面光滑;仿羊绒腈纶短纤维的断裂强度为山羊绒的1.7倍,断裂功为山羊绒的约2.75倍,山羊绒初始模量较大,约为仿羊绒腈纶短纤维的3倍,山羊绒的卷曲率是仿羊绒腈纶短纤维的1.2倍,吸放湿速率较快;仿羊绒腈纶织物的抗起毛起球性能优于山羊绒织物。 The longitudinal morphology,mass specific resistance,mechanical properties,crimp property and moisture absoprtion and liberation properties of cashmere-like acrylic staple fiber and cashmere were measured.The structure and properties of these two kinds of fibers were analyzed.The results showed that the cashmere-like acrylic staple fiber had smooth surface and exhibited the breaking strength about 1.7 time and fracture work about 2.75 time as much as those of cashmere;cashmere had relatively high initial modulus about 3 time and crimp rate 1.2 time as much as those of cashmere-like acrylic staple fiber and relatively high moisture absorption and liberation rate;the cashmere-like acrylic staple fabric was superior to cashmere fabric in pilling resistance.
