摘要
直接空冷系统设计,核心之一是最佳初始温差值ITD的优化设计。文中介绍了直接空冷系统初始温差值的优化理论,探讨了优化过程和计算方法,由于初始温差和空气侧流速大小关系到空冷系统造价和系统运行费用,所以以这两者作为设计变量,以空冷系统年总费用为目标函数,对某一空冷机组进行了分析,优化设计了机组ITD值,得到系统最小年总费用和最佳ITD值。
Optimizing design of the Initial Temperature Difference (ITD), which is one of the significant design parameters in air-cooling systems. An introduction to the optimization theory of direct air-cooling system' s Initial Temperature Difference is being presented, together with an explanation of the optimization process and way of calculation. Because the amount of Initial Temperature Difference (ITD) and the velocity of air side have relation with cost of air-cooling system and system's running expense, these two are acted as design variable, with the total annual expenditure of a direct air-cooling system as the objective function and such a system in a certain region as an example, the system' s ITD value was designed optimally to make the total annual cost minimal.
